Quality Assurance
ZPA Industry Inc. quality management and Quality Assurance standards are certified according to ISO 9001:2008. The certificate is registered by DNV United Kingdom Accreditation System in Great Britain. All relevant system processes are controlled by the QA system and recertified in regular intervals. The scope of QA includes design, development, project management, procurement, warehousing, manufacturing, erection, testing, packaging, logistics, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems, field instrumentation, control systems and SCADA systems including software. Det Norske Veritas Inc. Prague provides for certificate supervision and it’s maintenance.
Considering the fact that ZPA Industry Inc. also provides services for nuclear power stations, the company’s QA system is certified according to regulations of SUJB No. 132/2008Sb.( nullification 214/1997Sb.), which allows it to work on nuclear power plants in Czech Republic. The company has also certification of QM system for software design, development, installation and maintenance according to ISO 90003.
Enhancement of the quality system is ensured by continually incorporating input of many qualified engineers and company’s customers to the QA guidelines.
