FAT/SAT
In number of projects with the electrical cabinets manufacturing, there is customer FAT test. After manufacturing the electrical cabinets at our facilities, the electrical cabinets are fully tested. All electrical connections are reinspected for mechanical performance and compliance with detail design. Electrical systems are thoroughly tested, including I/O of control systems.
In case of the electrical cabinets with a control system supplied by ZPA Industry or programmed with our application software, the system is tested with simulated inputs and outputs. Each step of the electrical cabinets testing is recorded in the QA system and available for backtracing. Customer's representatives, who are present during the tests, confirm their acceptance. After the tests, the electrical cabinets are packaged and transported to the site. Reinspection and testing follows the completion stage on the site.
