Commissioning

Commissioning is last phase of integrating electrical and I&C system with technology. During this phase complete systems undergo extensive testing. Field instrumentation, motors, safety switches and other equipment is functionaly tested. Measurement systems are calibrated by the equipment for on-site tests such as PlantWeb-AMS, pressure calibrators, temperature calibrators with 0.05°C stability or flow calibrators for ultrasonic transmitters. Every control loop is checked and thoroughly tested. Entire technology is in commissioning phase for certain time, to ensure technology’s smooth operation and uninterrupted production.
