Basic/Detail Design
ZPA Industry Inc. is using the latest software technology from Microsoft, Autodesk, Parametric Technology and other software companies to aid with the project design process. The project designs are prepared with support of CAD systems and project documentation is based on de-facto standard office software MS Office.
The customer specifies the type of CAD system used, from CAD systems as Eplan, ELCAD, See, AutoCAD, Microstation or others. Customer also defines the type of standards used in the project - EN, IEC, DIN, BS, ANSI, ISO, CSN; type of engineering units SI, BSU; and language of the project - English, German, Spanish, Russian, Czech or Slovak.
Short design cycles are ensured with reuse of complex standardized blocks in new designs. This approach also provides a lower cost solution, as standardized blocks are faster to design and of high quality.
To ensure high quality of our design process, we are employing latest CAD software packages. Type of CAD software used for design is specified by customer. Our engineers undergo extensive training for each CAD system used, and they have worked with previous versions stretching back to DOS era. Maximum utilization of CAD software features is basis for just-in-time production, assembly, commissioning and service.
