Project description

ZPA Industry a. s., as the main contractor realized total reconstruction of electrical systems and control systems for five 200MW blocks. ZPA Industry a.s. provided project design, delivery, assembly, commissioning and maintenance.

 

We are especially proud of reconstruction of block No.4. This included complete replacement of electrical and control systems within three months! Block No.4 was switched off on February 10 and it was back in full operation by June 15. We used control system from General Electric Fanuc, including turbine control with General Electric Fanuc Series 90-30, Series 90-70. Cimplicity HMI was implemented for SCADA system.

IMPLEMENTATION OF GE FANUC CONTROL SYSTEM RESULTED IN FAILURE RATE

LOWERED BY 78%, THUS FUNDAMENTALY INCREASING PRODUCTION RELIABILITY.

- 100 drives in ON - OFF 380 mode or 220 VAC

- 25 drives in ON - OFF 6 kV mode

- 125 drives in ON - OFF mode

- 60 drives in manual control MAN 0 - 100 %

- 122 drives for AUT made for 65 driving loops
