Concept:

Installed equipment in CS Kourim and CS Kralice used for online diagnosis of vibration measurement (in the past has already been installed on this device CS Břeclav).
As part of the 6MW turbine operation 3ks (combustion turbine turbocharger ) is the delivery of a new monitoring system, based on a platform of Bently Nevada 3500 (one of the 3-turbine). The current evaluation of vibration sensors for turbine (4x at VTT part 2 of the NTT, 2x and 1x the TD phase mark) are now connected to the new cabling system rack 3500, which provides the necessary data through existing optical separators Management System PAC (or UNICON) . Part of the newly installed system is System1 ® DAQ Server, installed in the inoperative part velin that the communication ¬ Ethernet 10 / 100Mbps data evaluating BN3500. This new PC is also connected to the communication card RWE corporate network, from the measured data can be distributed to the RWE Transgas Net headquarters in Prague. For connecting of Diagnostic Laboratory of the individual systems Bently 3500 are installed in the turbine hall ethernet data outlet. These sockets are connected to the respective Ethernet switch and the topology can be configured and evaluated data from BN3500.

 

Vibration diagnostic system:

·          Bently Nevada 3500, Bently Nevada 3300 Transient Data Embedded Monitor + DAQ System1 ® Server, 81 I / O points;

·          The communication system is installed as switching Ethernet 10 / 100Mbps (active network components from Company Allied Telesyn, the structured cabling from company Panduit)

·          Optical fiber cabling with 62.5 / 125um, ended in optical fibers welded switchboards Technology
