Nejdecká česárna vlny, a.s. Electro and SKŘ technology for the evaporator

Description of Technology:

Treatment of wastewater from cleaning wool evaporation method and stripping

 

Concept:

Customer bought unrunning evaporation technology in France. The entire complex (assembled building, technology, electronics and SKR) has been dismantled, and newly installed at the plant in Nejdek. To ensure that control of both technologies (evaporator I - and the current evaporator II - new) from the joint control room was due to the requirement to supply a new control system for GE Fanuc.
In the context of the work was built with redundant common control room visualization system Kingview, which was subsequently established control of the evaporator I (RS GE Fanuc 90-30).

 

Control system:

·          GE Fanuc Rx3i

·          Visualisation Kingview 6.5

 

The scope of works and supplies:

·          Project                                           disassembly and reinstalation of electrical and SKR,
new control system, including application software, a common control room, communications network,

 

·          switchgear manufacture                3x  switchgear of Electric, 1x switchgear CS

·           Cables supply                               500m optické kabeláže (komunikace);

15.000m metalické kabeláže (připojení SKŘ a elektro)

·          Electrical                                                   dtto

·          Commissioning                                         dtto

 

 

Start / End work:

10/2006 - 11/2006  - disassembly

08/2007- 12/2007  -             assembly (elektro a SKŘ)
