Project description
ZPA provided complete modernisation of control system of boilers, turbines, switching stations 6kV and corresponding electrical systems. Company provided complete engineering including realization project design, procurement and deliveries, assembly works, technical documentation processing and training of operator’s and maintenance personnel. Further company provided complete procurement and deliveries and works on electrical systems and related equipment for given technology parts, HV parts and switching stations parts. Within machinery delivery scope and machinery assembly we provided procurement, delivery and assembly for fi eld instrumentation – valves, piping modifications, equipment wellhead assembly and flow measurement points.
Control room reconstruction was part of the project as well. Scope of the project included:
o Project engineering
o Machinery reconstruction and modification
o Highvoltage distribution network and electrical cabinets
o Complete control system
o Project commissioning in stages
o Maintenance and operator personnel training
Control system
GE Fanuc 90-30, Micro and Nano was used as control system. For visualisation we implemented software InTouch on Windows 95. Application software has graphical display for technology unit control, it has sequential programs, regulation algorhitms, alarm functions, historical functions and trends, report generation. Data transfers from distant PLC’s was realized with radio station Racom and RTU protocol.
