Project description

ZPA Industry a. s. is partner at Prazska Teplarenska Inc. since 1991. During the years the company participated on number of projects in control system reconstruction, field instrumentation, control cabinets deliveries.

 

Technological part TMA2

Four steam boilers K11-14 for brown-coal burning with capacity 160t/hour ( in 1995 two boilers were put out of the service, two boilers were reconstructed for black coal burning and output increased to 180 t/hour of steam.

 

Two backpressure turbines 55MW with five feeder points, third feeder point has steam pressure of 1,0 Mpa. System can operate during entire heating season.

 

Technological part TMA3

Two hot water boilers K21, 22 burning gas, output power 100GJ/hour. Operating as peak capacity during entire year.

 

Control system

During 1992-98 the company implemented control system GE Fanuc 90-70, 90-30 in combination with visualisation software Cimlicity HMI Plant Edition to control technological part TMA2.

 

Systém architecture is based on redundant DCS stations GE Fanuc 90-70 connected with redundant Cimplicity HMI Servers. Cimplicity HMI Servers process data created by DCS system and provide this data to operator’s station for visualisation and control.

Projects summary

1992-1995

Implementation of complete Control and information system for K11, 12, 13, 14, based on GE Fanuc Series 90-70, GE90-30, visualisation system Cimplicity on Interactive UNIX. Field instrumentation delivery Control of regulation drives Electrical parameters measurement

 

2000-2003

TMA2 – hardware revision and servo control loops maintenance

 

Dieselagregate – delivery of field instrumentation, adjustment, integration to TMA2 system architecture

TMA3 K21, 22 – implementation of 2x Cimplicity HMI, 2x PLC 90-30, field instrumentaion delivery, hydraulic regulation replacement, 700 I/O, integration to complete system architecture of Cimplicity HMI on TMA2.

 

2004
Preparation of chemical solutions for water in Hetaing power Malešice - implementation of the key (part of the machinery, construction, control system, electrical and control system).
Implementation in the current RS Honeywell.

Modifying the flow of the mixture of coal in the hopper of boilers reservoirs in TMA2 - Implementation of management concerning the flow of the mixture nozzle coal boiler K11 and K12.

The introduction of valves and measurement to the control system - during the summer shutdown in 2004 the dismantling of switchboard in zero point, the production of a new cabinet, including equipment, expansion of existing RS GE-Fanuc Series 90-30, existing connections and add new lines, including rearmament drive in the electro.

Measurement of pressure in front of the burners - the replacement of existing measuring the pressure in front of the burners hot-water boilers K21 and K22. The installation of the visualization. Implementation of an independent measurement of the protection system.

Measuring levels of coal in boilers - the implementation of ultrasound measurement of the fuel level in the feeder. Design and testing of technical solutions. Follow-up implementation of all boilers ŘP K11 and K12.

Service work - the implementation of service and control work during the summer shutdown. All objects TMA.

2005
Service of the CS in TMA - in 2005 signed a service contract.

Repair electrical fittings - the complete realization of the electrical, control system and management system for the exchange of existing flaps and drives as new, including the dismantling work. Completion of the current CS GE-Fanuc.

Reconstruction of steam measurement TG3 and TG4 - delivery and assembly of the introduction to the two CSs speed probes and the dismantling of the existing measurements on screens.

Reconstruction of the measurement of O2 boilers K11 and K12 - delivery and assembly of the introduction into the CS of two oxygen analyzers, including the implementation of autocalibration.

SW for data interface TMA-ASŘTP - implementation of a continuous set of technology transfer data into the information system for the purpose of calculating the energy balance.
 
Extension of HW of CS of boilers K11 and K12 - the introduction of the existing fittings in the RS, including the replacement of electrical equipment, production and installation of local control cabinets, complement drives transmitter position (6 ×). Delivery pressure measurements (4 ×)

2006
STR - Correction control condensates of TMA3 - involving pumps and governor, overkill power supply, cabling, visualization
