Project description
ZPA Industry provided during 1993 – 2000 modernization of the boiler control system for boilers K9, K10, K11, K12, TUV K9,K10, TUV K11,K12. Company provided complete engineering including project design, procurement and deliveries, assembly, technical documentation, project state documentation and operator and maintenance personnel training. Company further provided complete deliveries and works on electrical systems including equipment for given technology section. GE Fanuc Series 90-30 was integrated as the control system. For process control and visualization company implemented CIMPLICITY HMI software. Application software has graphical displays for control of technological units, sequential programs, control loops, alarm functions, historical functions and trends, reports. Scope of delivery included:
o Project engineering
o Partial modification of high voltage distribution and control cabinets
o Control system
o Project commissioning
o Operator and maintenence personnel training
