Project description:
In Spolchemie in Usti nad Labem was introduced in 2006 the second stage of construction of production of low molecular weight epoxy resins.
The ZPA Industry supply of ASCTP on turn-key.
The control system is used Yokogawa Centum CS DCS 3000. Given the number of inputs and outputs used two fully redundant FCU stations, which are connected via redundant buses remote inputs and outputs.
It is a Batch operating continued operation where is used more than 100 sequences.
Because some districts were established on the level of safety was used SIL2 security system ESD Yokogawa ProSafe RS. Within this system are also introduced information from the gas detectors that monitor leakage epichlorhydrin and toluene. Production technology includes all operations from receipt of raw materials, reactors, distillation, remediation, storage, dispatch of finished materials, also packaged units, which are usually connected to the DCS via Profibus DP bus. It is a chilling, transport of diana, thermal unit, freeze drying.
For storage of historical data is used in a server that is running Exaquantum of Yokogawa.
Management of field instrumentation using Hart protocol is dealt PRM software from Yokogawa.
Most equipment DCS and field instrumentation unit is from the perspective of the risk of explosion for Ex zone 2
The technology is used in the following hazardous or highly corrosive media:
NaOH, Diana, epichlorohydrin, toluene.
