The construction of technological units for the production of glycerine epichlorhydrin.

Description:
Implementation of the contract was launched in 2006 in Spolchemie in Usti nad Labem. It was the construction of technological units for the production of glycerine epichlorhydrin. Technological process of production was unique and Spolchemie holds the patent of this process.
During the contract were also carried out modifications of existing parts of the technologies that relate to the new operation. It has been extended existing control system Siemens S7 400 module inputs and outputs. Part of the original technology, which was still controlled air regulators have been transferred to the extended control system. Adjustments to ride the technology were made during the 10-day shutdown operation
ZPA Industry was supplier of ASCTP of the whole part of the contract. The scope of works has been made to the field instrumentation, cabling and cable routes, the management system, including the engineering and operator stations and servers.
As a control system to the new technology was used controller SIMATIC S7-400, located in cabinets with Distributed IO modules located in different parts of technology. Operator stations are in industrial design and placed in the cabinet. InTouch is a SCADA system 9.5 Runtime. As a repository of historical data is used Industrial SQL server.
All the technology in terms of risk of explosion is classified as zone 1 and 2 Part of technology is in terms of safety included in the level SIL2. Software technologies for this remote part of ET200M Failsafe.
The technology is used in hazardous or highly corrosive media such as hydrogen chloride, hydrochloric acid, epichlorohydrin, acetic acid, lye.
