Project description
ZPA participated on project for instrument installation on Shell Soaker Visbreaker Unit at Chemopetrol Litvinov. The company executed the complete instrumentation installation, installation of cable trays and ladders including supports, piping, junction boxes, protection boxes, cables and their connection, etc.
Furthermore ZPA provided a complete supply of cable trays and ladders, piping, airdistributors, assembly material, production and supply of supports for instrumentation and cable trays. In the light of supply and installation according to the Contract, also other assembly concerning the instrument installation was executed – valves, changes in piping for installation of remote fixtures, installation of wells and take-offs, installation and connection of panels.
In the light of the Contract also „as built“ drawings were made, as well as cable routing and tray section drawings, loop diagrams, cable lists and interconnection diagrams.
Furthermore functional tests and loop checks were executed and assistance at commissioning including debugging after assembly ending was provided.
