Technological equipment of process technology of new paint line ensuring proper environment parameters for varnishing and cure including: washing line, water dryer, painting house BC a CC, middle stage dryer, equipment to remove waste mud, dryer top paint, areas of completion works UBS,GAD, FAD
Conception:
Decentral control of technological equipment: central switch-board with control unit + decentral switch-boards of simply aggregates (DIM – Decentral Inteligence Module);
Operation from central control room or from local EMOS (Equipment Monitoring and Operating System) stations;
Drives frequency convertors Elyn:
do 75 kW – 16 pcs.
160-200kW – 8 pcs.
Drives with starters Elyn:
18,5 – 110kW – 25 pcs.
