Project description
ZPA Industry a.s. As a main subcontractor carried out a complete supply of the electrical and control system for the production and conveyor technology on the line DL3 - Volkswagen / Škoda Mladá Boleslav - hall M11B, which has a production of DL3 - Volkswagen / Škoda Mladá Boleslav - hall M11B, which has a production of 1600 coachworks a day.
1) Production Technology
a) provision of optimal climatic conditions in spray-cabines - control of air ventilators
(2x315 + 4x200 kW), moisteners (5x)
b) provision of circulatory pump operation of the Venturi system in spraycabines
c) provision of drying-tunnel operation - temperature regulation by IR-emitter Watlow (40x).
2) Conveyor Technology
a) control of all bodywork movements in the hall with connection to the entry out of the galvanic
metal plating hall and exit to sequential stock, old and new assembly
b) control of 740 motors for movement of the roller-rail of thelifting , turning and shifting- tables, 2-3 elevators.
