Technological equipment of process technology of new paint line ensuring proper environment parameters for varnishing and cure including: KTL dryer,dryer UBS, dryer fi ller, equipment to remove waste mud, areas of completion works, UBS, GAD, FAD
Conception:
Decentral control of technological processes: central switch-board with control CPU unit + decentral switch-boards of single aggregate (DIM – Decentral Inteligence Module);
Operation from central control room of from local EMOS (Equipment Monitoring and Operating System) stations;
Drives frequency convertors Siemens Vector Control:
- to 55 kW – 10 pcs.
