Description of technology:
Technological equipment of process technology of new paint line ensuring proper environment parameters for varnishing and cure including: equipment on liquidation sand, washing line, water dryer, painting house BC a CC, dryer top paint, equipment to remove waste mud, areas of completion works, equipment for water treatment ,equipment for hall’s air-conditioning
Conception:
Decentral control of technological processes: central switch-board with control CPU unit + decentral switch-boards of simply aggregates (DIM – Decentral Inteligence Module);
Operation from central control room or from local EMOS (Equipment Monitoring and Operating System) stations;
Drives frequency convertors Siemens Vector Control:
- to 55 kW – 55 pcs.
- 75 – 160 kW – 20 pcs.
