Project Description

The process equipment of the new painting line ensuring the compliance with the required parameters for the painting and drying system including: the preparatory line equipment, water dryer, spraying booth of the primer and top paint, and the primer and top paint dryer, or the sludge removal and disposal equipment.

 

Concept

Decentral process control: the central switchboard with CPU + decentral switchboards for the individual aggregates (DIM – Decentral Inteligence Module);

 

The control using the central control room or the local EMOS (Equipment Monitoring and Operating System) stations.

 

Control System

Central processing units Siemens S7-400;

Decentral units Siemens ET200S;

Profi bus DP Highway - metallic;

Ethernet communications with the parent system;

1x CPU; 5,000 I/O points;

Project:                       37 switchboard fields (central + DIM)
