Project description

Description of technology:

Technological equipment of process technology of new paint line ensuring proper environment parameters for varnishing and cure including: equipment of painting house filler, equipment to remove waste mud, filler dryer, areas of competion works

 

Conception:

Decentral controlof technological processes: central switch-board with control CPU unit+decentral switch-boards of simple aggregate (DIM-Decentral Inteligence Module):

 

Operation from central control room or from local EMOS ( Equipment Monitoring and Operating System) stations:

 

Control system

Central steerage units Siemens S7-400;

decentral units Siemens ET200S;

collector Profi bus DP - metalic;

ethernet communication with supervisor system;

12x unit CPU; 14.000 I/O points;

 

Project scope

Project:                       220 fields of switch-boards (central + DIM)
