Technological Tensometric Scale
The scale is adapted for building in technological equipment for processing of loose materials. It serves for control and check of the amount of supplied materials in various industries. It can be also used for weighing of various mixtures before mixing centres etc.
The scale feeding chute, usually of a shape of a cylinder with conical bottom, is set on three tensometric weighing blocks with secured delimitation of clearance and dilatation. The weighing blocks are fixed on a bearing frame. sized optimally for the required weighing capacity. The supply pipe terminated with the closing valve usually with pneumatic drive, is separated from the scale lid by a flexible sleeve. The supply pipes may be even more, according to the required formula.
The lower discharge neck of the scale feeding chute is equipped with a pneumatically-driven closing valve too. Under the valve there is the lower flexible sleeve, to which other devices are connected. For the informative outer dimensions see the Annex. The bearing frame and shape of the feeding chute is usually constructed individually according to the user’s local needs. It is also possible to deliver a pair of scale feeding chutes on a common frame.
Each scale is delivered standardly with the scale monitor which is located approximately within 100 m from the feeding chute in a place suitable for operation and enables basic funcitons – (taring, weighing, comparison).
A control unit, which will provide automatic batching according to the entered formulas, production of a mixture etc., may be supplied. The control unit cooperates with the neighbouring technological equipment and may be supplemented with an operator’s workplace with a colour monitor etc.

Owing to various requirements of individual plants it is possible to provide needed construction modifications of the bearing frames or the shape of the feeding chutes. It is also possible to install more input necks to the scale.
Elements providing knocking of the feeding chute for perfect emptying , equipment for dusting off, electromagnetic accessories etc. may be supplied as accessories. In case of need we supply also technological scales with higher weighing capacity.
