Check Tensometric Scale
Type KTV 50, KTV 100, KTV 250
The scale is adapted to be built in vertical transport pipes for loose materials. In the repeating weighing cycles is either monitors the quantity of the transported materials continuously by the same batches (50 – 100 - 250 kg, in dependence on the type), or it can be used for feeding of any weight within the measuring range (weighing capacity).
Description
The scale feeding chute, usually of a shape of a cylinder with conical bottom, is set on three tensometric sensors. The sensors are located on the baring frame made of steel sections. The piping above the scale contains a pneumatically-driven closing valve. This part is separated from the feeding chute by a flexible sleeve. The scaling cycle, or possibly weighing of the required quantities, is controlled by a separate evaluation unit or, in case of more scales, it is possible to utilize the control system with the operator’s worksite (PC).
The schematic sketch shows the basic dimensions of the scale and the space needed for installation.
The evaluation unit is supplied with the equipment according to the customer’s requirements (digital indication of the instantaneous weight of the charge – signalling of limits, counter of batches, selection of the batch size etc.). The unit provides stabilized power supply of tensometric sensors, processing of their output signal, logical control of the process of feeding and discharge by means of the pneumatically-driven valves. In case of concurrence e.g. of two transport pipes immediately next to each other it is possible to supply an adapted double scale in a common bearing frame.

Additional Information
Owing to various requirements of individual plants it is possible to provide needed construction modifications of the bearing frames or the shape of the feeding chutes or the input and output necks.
Elements providing knocking of the feeding chute for perfect emptying or various signalling (optical and acoustic) equipment may be supplied as accessories.
